Brewed from the traditional ingredients of Malted Barley, Hops, Water, and Yeast on a modern electric brew house.
Our cask ales are rooted in tradition. Served thru Angram Beer Engines, a hand-operated hydraulic pump, that draws beer from a cask in the cellar to the bar and then thru a sparkler. The sparkler knocks the CO2 out of solution and the customer is given a beer with a beautiful cascade and Creamier head.

Our keg beers take advantage of the most state of the art dispensing system available. The keg beers are served thru a sophisticated modern draft beer set up that uses only the finest micromatic couplers, taps and glycol cooled beer lines.
Keg Beer: 38 degrees force carbonated
